Description of the alumina ceramic tube
We provide a selection of different purity material for alumina ceramic tubes, including 96%, 99%, 99.5%, and 99.8%. All these ceramic tubes can be shaped by hot pressing, dry pressing, ceramic injection mold or extrusion.
All alumina tubes offer high-temperature resistance, strong hardness, wear resistance, electrical insulation, and good chemical stability, making it a good material to withstand high temperature and chemical corrosion. Our alumina furnace tubes, alumina thermocouple protection tubes, and insulators are available in a variety of diameters and lengths with sufficient stock.
The various complex configuration of ceramic tube, like round, square, rectangular, hex, flanged, double-bores, tri-bores,muti-bores, one end open, etc are available to us.
Additionally, ceramic alumina tubes can be metalized to bond with metal parts, also it can be polished to mirror surface comes to the specific use.
